**Resident Services Manager Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Manager to join our care home team at Whitchurch.

About the Role

This challenging and rewarding position requires strong leadership and clinical skills, as you will be responsible for driving a team of Care Assistants, inspiring and developing them to excel in their roles.

You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, personal care to our residents, fostering relationships with residents, families, and external teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Raise the standards of care by leading a team of Care Assistants
  • Support with clinical duties, including medication administration and accurate record keeping
  • Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants, including shift handovers
  • Develop and train new staff members
  • Foster relationships with residents, families, and external teams
  • Assist with personal care duties for residents
Salary and Benefits

This Resident Services Manager role offers a competitive salary and package, including:

  • Estimated £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
