About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Support Professional to join our team in South Bristol.

Job Description

This is a fixed-term contract until March 2025, offering a competitive salary of £26,409 - £31,067 per annum, depending on experience. As a full-time employee, you will work 37.5 hours per week, with some remote working options available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting and managing a caseload of service users, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their recovery goals.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective recovery plans that cater to individual needs.
  • Delivering one-to-one and group support sessions, promoting a safe and supportive environment for service users to share their experiences and progress.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for service users.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with diverse service user groups.
  • The ability to work effectively with individuals from various backgrounds and circumstances.
  • In-depth knowledge of recovery-focused principles and good practice, ensuring evidence-based approaches are implemented.
  • A relevant qualification, such as BSW or DipSW, or equivalent.
