Salary and Package
  • The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,500, taking into account experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively with clients and other professionals using AutoCAD and Revit software daily.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
  • Lead projects as project lead, utilizing your skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of 3+ years of post-part III experience.
  • Maintain ARB registration.
  • Possess desirable qualifications, such as project lead experience and proficiency in Revit.
  • Be client-facing and communicate effectively.
  • Have extensive experience across all RIBA stages, with expertise in stages 4-5.
