About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Pennystone Court, Blackpool. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to provide exceptional care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care
  • Support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care
