We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead our team and ensure the delivery of exceptional care.

Job Summary:
As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and leading a dedicated team to deliver the highest standards of care. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive culture within the home and promoting the wellbeing of residents, as well as ensuring operational efficiency and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of care staff to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ensure the care home complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards, including CQC guidelines.
• Monitor and manage the home's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of care and implement improvements where necessary.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Handle safeguarding issues, ensuring that all incidents are appropriately reported and dealt with.
• Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents.

Requirements:
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Proven experience in managing a care home or a similar healthcare setting.
• Excellent knowledge of care regulations and best practices.
