Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. You will also be required to travel to clients' homes and work a combination of shift times, including alternative weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients
  • Assist with medication and meal preparation
  • Conduct light housekeeping tasks
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to travel to clients' homes using your own transport with Class 1 Business insurance. You will also need to be able to commit to working a combination of shift times, including alternative weekends and bank holidays.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, paid travel time and mileage allowance, double time paid on bank holidays, paid induction, performance and attendance bonuses, and access to a professional career pathway. We also offer a refer a friend scheme with a reward of £300.
