Job Title: Care Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with daily living tasks
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Conduct light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social events
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer care. You will also need to have access to your own transport with Class 1 Business insurance.
