The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Copy Specialist to spearhead creative ideation and copywriting across our marketing campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with our Creative Director to bring our brand's vision to life through compelling copy that resonates with our global audience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of copywriters to deliver high-quality content across various marketing channels
  • Collaborating with our Creative Director to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Writing engaging copy for social media, email marketing, and other marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with our product team to develop compelling product descriptions and marketing materials
  • Presenting ideas and copy to key stakeholders on a regular basis
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong copywriting skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content
  • Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A deep understanding of the beauty industry and our brand's unique voice and aesthetic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
