About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Drax Group. As the face of our IT department, you will provide exceptional customer service to our business units across the globe, ensuring that incidents and service requests are resolved quickly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service, working closely with our teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and providing support through a combination of walk-up, deskside, and remote support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to our business units
  • Resolve technical issues and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide support through a combination of walk-up, deskside, and remote support
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) for incident and service request resolution

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a 1st line IT support role
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Intune
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Microsoft Cloud Services
  • Experience with mobile device management, including Windows and Apple devices
  • Knowledge of meeting room audio/visual equipment
  • Experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktop hardware and software
