Job Title: UK Quality Assurance and Tender Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join Stirling Q&R as a UK Quality Assurance and Tender Coordinator. This role combines regulatory compliance with administrative duties, ensuring our products meet necessary standards and regulations while assisting with the tender process for medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality assurance processes in compliance with ISO 13485:2016 standards
  • Support day-to-day quality assurance activities for medical devices
  • Help manage UKCA and MHRA device registration processes
  • Maintain and update quality and regulatory documentation
  • Assist in internal audit preparations and follow-up actions
  • Support the management of customer complaints and adverse incident reporting
  • Help coordinate with internal teams to maintain quality standards
  • Assist in document control processes and preparation of quality-related reports

Tender Management Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential tender opportunities in the dental equipment sector
  • Maintain a database of upcoming, ongoing, and past tenders
  • Prepare and compile tender documentation
  • Gather necessary information from various departments for tender submissions
  • Track tender submission deadlines and create reminders for the team
  • Maintain a library of frequently used tender documents and templates
  • Prepare standard responses for common tender questions
  • Coordinate the internal review and approval process for tender submissions

  • Location: Hybrid role with on-site presence required in Stevenage, UK
  • Occasional travel may be required
