Theatre Manager Position

Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking an experienced Theatre Manager to join our team at Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford. This role involves managing and leading the theatre team to effectively implement and support quality, commercial, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities- Leading a team of healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient care
- Developing and implementing operational plans to improve theatre efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating with consultants, senior teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- ODP level 3 / Registered Nurse qualification
- At least 3 years' experience as a theatre manager or deputy manager
- Demonstrable ability to lead change and achieve positive outcomes through effective team engagement
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
