Full time Springfield Hospital, Chelmsford.
We are looking for an experienced Theatre Manager to join our fantastic team at Springfield Hospital, Chelmsford. Springfield has 6 operating theatres, and you will be responsible for the Management and Leadership of the theatre team to effectively implement and support quality, commercial and strategic initiatives.
As an inspiring leader, youll develop and motivate your team, driving their performance, whilst supporting all the new initiatives of your hospital. ODP level 3 / Registered Nurse
At least 3 years previous theatre manager or deputy managers role.
Demonstrable ability to lead continuous change process in a healthcare facility and achieve sound outcomes through positive team engagement.
