Head of Service Delivery

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Service Delivery to join our team at Air IT Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service Delivery Strategy: Develop and implement a service delivery strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
  2. Project Management: Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  3. Resource Management: Manage the service delivery budget and resources effectively, ensuring that we have the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and operational maturity through the adoption of best practices such as ITIL and SDI.
  5. Performance Reporting: Report on performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing action plans to address any issues.
  6. Culture and Morale: Foster a positive company culture that encourages morale, satisfaction, and staff retention.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in service delivery within an MSP organization.
  2. Policies and Procedures: Experience in implementing and reviewing policies and procedures to drive efficiency.
  3. Budget Management: Strong background in budget management and resource planning.
  4. Flexible Working: Flexible, hybrid working pattern.
