Head of Service Delivery

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're seeking a Head of Service Delivery to join our team at Air IT and drive customer satisfaction across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a service delivery strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead high-performing teams to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Build and nurture successful client relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Manage the service delivery budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational maturity through best practices (ITIL, SDI).
  • Report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Foster a positive company culture that encourages morale, satisfaction, and staff retention.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Proven experience in service delivery within an MSP or IT services organization.
  • Experience in implementing and reviewing policies and procedures to drive efficiency.
  • Strong background in budget management and resource planning.
