Job Title: Hospitality Supervisor

Are you a hospitality expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to success? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe.



Job Summary:

The Hospitality Supervisor will be responsible for planning, managing, and leading the food and beverage service team to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. This includes managing staff, leading customer service teams, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests.
  • Deliver training to all customer service employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Ensure the quality of food, guest services, hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness of all service areas meet customer satisfaction standards.
  • Interact with customer service team members to ensure they are at the heart of the operation.
  • Manage compliance across Health and Safety and Food Safety operations.
  • Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro-activeness.
  • Constantly analyse business trends and competitors to provide the best customer experience to our guests.
  • Manage any employee relations issues within the team.
  • Take responsibility for all actions, support your team, and celebrate successes as a family.


Requirements:

Previous experience in overseeing hospitality and events is essential. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to success. You will also have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and be able to ensure compliance within the team.
