Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Used Car Sales Executive to join our team in Hinckley.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in used car sales, with a proven track record of closing deals. They should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

This is a permanent position, offering a salary of £22k, plus uncapped commission earnings, providing a realistic OTE up to £45k. The contract includes working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of sales software and systems would be beneficial, as well as a willingness to obtain FCA Accreditation (if not already qualified).

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and direct customers to the sales area
  • Discuss vehicle selections and guide customers through purchasing options
  • CLOSE DEALS
  • Upsell products and meet sales targets
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience in used car sales
  • Proven ability to close sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to obtain FCA Accreditation (or hold existing qualification)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A professional appearance
