Job Title: Operations and Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Outdoor Learning program, ensuring the smooth operation of activities and events.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and operations, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a passion for the outdoors. They will also be able to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Outdoor Learning program, including coordinating events and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance, evaluation forms, and participant feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for tracking participant data and programme outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Learning team and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of programmes.
  • Assist in promoting sustainability and improving efficiencies in Outdoor Learning programs.

Salary: £25,500 per annum pro rata
