The ideal candidate will have experience working as an L&D Professional with a CIPD L5 qualification or equivalent. They should also possess knowledge of Nuclear Site Licence Conditions and be proficient in administration and record-keeping.
This role offers a competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Requirements- Administer training and development solutions to support the people strategy and maximise company capability.
- Prepare high-quality employee correspondence and maintain employee electronic files with accurately filed documents.
- Book on and off-site meeting rooms and facilities.
