About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Tarmac. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Process orders and manage customer expectations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
- Liaise with the external sales team to grow sales and expand our customer base
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
