Job Summary:

We are seeking an Academic Mentor for Vulnerable Students to join our team. As an Academic Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support to access the curriculum. This is a full-time position that begins immediately and runs through the academic year, with the potential to become permanent based on performance.

This role requires a dedicated professional ready to engage with students in a meaningful way, helping them to thrive academically and socially in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional help accessing the curriculum.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and the pastoral team to develop targeted support plans.
  • Use data and assessment tools to inform instruction and monitor student progress.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and social growth.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is between £419.25 and £500 per week, depending on experience.
