Key Responsibilities- Tender Management: Accumulate and distribute detailed tender information to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a senior point of contact for numerous stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Administration and Data Management: Ensure excellent levels of administration and data management to support the bid development process.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile reports utilizing data from various sources and ensure consistent, accurate reporting across all areas.
- Enquiry and Complaint Handling: Handle incoming enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Management: Encourage continuous learning and improvement, manage a small team to achieve and exceed targets, conduct performance reviews, and regular catch-ups.
- Submission Quality: Ensure the quality of submissions meets exacting standards.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other reasonable duty that falls within your capabilities.
- Experience: Previous experience in bid management, bid writing, copywriting, and marketing.
- Team Management: Experience managing a small team.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of PQQs, tenders, etc., ability to motivate a small team, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £58,000 per annum.
- Flexible Working: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with three days spent on-site and two days working remotely.
