Job Description

The Business Analyst will work as a trusted advisor within the Business Relationship Management Team to manage strategic and smaller-scale work requests effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake thorough process analysis to inform the gathering of requirements for new initiatives and ongoing projects.
  • Closely collaborate with business and product teams to develop and implement designs and ideas, ensuring they are production-ready.
  • Support multi-disciplinary product teams that adopt agile development practices, working closely with colleagues across departments, including Learning and Information Services.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a complex organisational structure.
  • Strong understanding of the Higher Education sector, including familiarity with challenges and opportunities in this area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in agile environments and contributing to multi-disciplinary product teams.
