Job Title: Sales and Business Development Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Radius Payment Solutions Ltd. As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telematics sales and account management * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge Requirements: * 12 months telesales experience in a B2B or B2C role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office What We Offer: * Competitive basic salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience * Uncapped earning potential with commission * Annual merit-based pay appraisal with an opportunity for an annual pay increase * Ongoing structured weekly training sessions to support professional development * Comprehensive two-week induction training * Cycle to work scheme * Discounted or free food * Health and wellbeing programme * Referral programme Working Hours: Monday to Friday Location: Water Edge, Clarendon Dock, Clarendon Road, Belfast, BT1 3BH Language: English
