Job Summary

beBee Professionals in Ellesmere Port seeks an experienced and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to support students with special educational needs. Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with teachers to develop and implement tailored support strategies for students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support sessions to help students achieve their learning goals.
  • Assist in the creation and review of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring they meet each student's unique needs.
  • Cultivate a culture of respect and inclusivity within the classroom, fostering social interaction and academic success among students.
Key Requirements:
  • Substantial experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Empathy, patience, and outstanding rapport-building abilities, creating a secure and motivating learning environment.
  • A relevant qualification in education or SEN support would be beneficial.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment, will be offered.
