We are recruiting a Senior Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Senior Internal Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with acute internal medicine conditions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Acute Medicine, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical field. A commitment to acute medicine as a career choice, with experience reflecting a passion for this field, is desirable.

Salary: £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care to patients with acute internal medicine conditions.
  • To make independent decisions on admissions, transfers and discharges while working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • To perform life-saving procedures and manage critical conditions.
  • To supervise junior staff, provide guidance and train healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the medical field - Acute Medicine preferred.
  • NHS experience is highly desirable.
  • Someone seeking long-term growth with the trust, though initially a fixed-term role.
