Job Title: Community Care Assistant

We are seeking a caring and empathetic individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant in Chepstow or Caldicot areas.

Rradis Community Care is committed to providing person-centred care services that promote independence and well-being for our clients.

As a Community Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and accessing the local community.

The salary for this role is £9.25 - £10.25 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Assisting clients with accessing the local community
  • Supporting clients with day-to-day household duties
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working in a care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
