Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at NHS National Services Scotland. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a psychology service for adults and older adults, covering tier 3 & 4 populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a broad spectrum of clinical skills, including eating disorders, to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive service.
  • Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements with other Health Boards and Universities.

Requirements:

  • Be a qualified Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with a strong background in mental health.
  • Have experience of working in a remote and rural area.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £72,573 – £77,524.
  • A full time position of 37 hours per week.
  • The opportunity to work in a rural hospital environment.
