We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide evidence-based support for mental health, substance use, and family services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide therapy to clients with a range of common mental health problems
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- At least 2 years experience working in mental health
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Knowledge of CBT principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
