We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced therapists to provide high-quality therapy services to clients with a range of mental health issues.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Trainee High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing therapy to clients with common mental health problems, under the supervision of experienced therapists.
- Developing your clinical skills and knowledge through regular training sessions, supervision, and reflective practice.
- Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Participating in monthly training sessions and weekly 1-2-1 supervision to ensure you are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality therapy services.
