**Assistant Training and Compliance Manager Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Training and Compliance Manager at Thorpe Park Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance strategies and procedures across the Technical Services department.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive records and procedures for compliance management.
  • Conducting regular reviews and audits of health and safety practices and procedures.
  • Managing statutory inspection processes and associated record-keeping for rides and equipment.

**Working Hours and Salary:**

This is a full-time role, averaging 40 hours per week, with a salary of approximately £30,900 per annum.
