Children and Families Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Work Practitioner to join our team in Camden. This is a permanent, full-time position in the Children With Disabilities Team.
The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England. Experience in Children's Services is also essential.
Responsibilities- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
- Collaborative Working: Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, other agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless support and protection for children and families.
- Advocacy: Act as an advocate for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are respected.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current Social Work England Registration.
- Experience within Children's Services.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is up to £45,904 per annum, reflecting the challenging nature of the work and the need for experienced practitioners.
