Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with the MASHPOINT LLC team to draft and send letters to licensees and attorneys following the determination of complaints during triage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select the appropriate letter template and accurately input investigation data with high attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Office software with a strong emphasis on Excel for sorting data, designing spreadsheets, and creating accurate data plots.
- Learn new software quickly and extract data from multiple websites.
- Maintain both electronic and manual files within large databases.
- Operate office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, and scanners.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or post-high school education as a legal secretary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in setting up and managing electronic files.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with the public in person and over the phone.
- Ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
- Over 2 years of experience handling large databases in an organized and logical manner.
- Proficient typing skills.
