Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Pipeline Specialist to join our team in Finland.

As a Data Pipeline Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS. You will collaborate cross-functionally to understand data requirements and implement scalable solutions for data processing, storage, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Python and SQL, as well as experience working with data management inside a data lake. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and the financial services sector is also highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS.
  • Unit testing and providing work estimates to aid in overall planning.
  • Proactively suggesting ideas to improve the data platform and ways of working.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of data pipeline development on AWS.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python and SQL.
  • Strong working knowledge of data management inside a data lake.
  • Experience working in an Agile framework.
  • Experience in the financial services sector.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
