About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Taunton. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing customer-focused services and ensuring a safe and effective workflow.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and regulations, including the safe handling and dispensing of medicines.
  4. Manage pharmacy stock and supplies, including ordering and replenishment.
  5. Build relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to promote pharmacy services and improve patient outcomes.
  6. Monitor and report on pharmacy performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
  7. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of pharmacy staff.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, including retail and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced pharmacy professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and improving patient outcomes. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will have:

  1. A degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  2. Experience of working in a community pharmacy setting, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  4. A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services and improving patient outcomes.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
