Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals in providing customer-focused services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and sales
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
  • Manage pharmacy stock and supplies
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and community groups
  • Monitor and report on pharmacy performance and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Experience of working in a community pharmacy setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
