Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Housing and Neighbourhood Service as a Neighbourhood Officer. This role involves working with tenants, community groups, and local agencies to provide support and maintain safe and healthy neighbourhoods.

About the Role:

  • Speaking with tenants who have been accused of anti-social behaviour to discuss allegations and warn them about potential tenancy breaches.
  • Carrying out emergency visits such as organizing lock changes or performing welfare checks when tenants cannot be contacted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • To work in teams to support each other and cover a duty rota for customer access points.
  • To work in partnership with multiple agencies including Police, Social Care, Mental Health Services, Youth workers, and drug and alcohol services.

Requirements:

  • An organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and literacy skills.
  • The ability to work flexible hours and from home, with opportunities for part-time or job-share contracts.
