Chief Data Officer Lead
Housing Quality Network is looking for a Chief Data Officer Lead to oversee the development and implementation of its data protection strategy. This role will ensure that the organisation maintains high standards of data protection and complies with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearheading the development and implementation of the data protection strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Providing guidance and training to employees on data protection best practices
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection standards
  • Developing and implementing procedures for handling data breaches and subject access requests
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data protection laws and regulations, particularly UK GDPR and DPA
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data protection concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and implementing data protection strategies
  • Passionate about data protection and committed to upholding high standards of data protection compliance

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
