Job Description:

As a Flight Operations Coordinator, you will support our existing third-party suppliers for Jet2holidays and Jet2.com. You will assist in integrating new partners into our systems. Our team operates across both Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, focusing on the performance, growth, and operational delivery of third-party flight and holiday distribution.

The successful candidate will have access to a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities:

You will serve as one of the contacts for all API partners and distributors, proactively identifying, addressing, and escalating issues as needed. You will also cultivate and maintain strong relationships internally and externally. Additionally, you will support development programmes, identifying development requirements, gathering data, engaging with business areas, and liaising with Jet2Digital to raise and progress developments.

Requirements:
  • You will have initiative and analytical skills, able to identify, solve, and escalate problems.
  • You will be comfortable working across several business systems.
  • Previous experience with Tableau would be an advantage.
  • A background in Flight distribution or Accommodation Supply would be beneficial but not essential.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
