A dynamic role within our award-winning team, focusing on the design, delivery, and enhancement of Next Gen Talent programmes. Reporting to the Group Proposition Lead, you will oversee the ambitious Next Generation Talent delivery plan, ensuring coordinated and smooth delivery across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project plans for activities such as induction, development events, cohort engagement, and roll-off processes.
- Establish effective reporting on KPIs for key stakeholders and coordinate NGT impact reporting to showcase the programme's impact.
- Work with the Group Proposition lead to optimize team resource and budget associated with programme delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in the planning and execution of activities, ensuring programmes evolve in line with best practices and organisational goals.
