Job Summary:

This role is an exciting opportunity to join H2O Recruitment Services Ltd as a Part Time Property Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property management, including building relationships with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Landlords & Tenants to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to identify any potential issues and take corrective action.
  • Action maintenance reporting and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage property inventories and ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date.

Requirements:

  • Previous property management experience is essential, with a strong understanding of lettings regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Accurate, organized, numerate, and technology-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
