About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our Optical Store. You will lead a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of work, adhering to our QA system and British Standards. You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to minimize stock loss, maintain store displays, and ensure the store environment is immaculate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and customer service excellence in the Optical Store
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals
  • Maintain a high standard of work, adhering to QA system and British Standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize stock loss and maintain store displays
  • Ensure the store environment is immaculate and meets company standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience as an Optical Store Manager
  • Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal, written, and general communication skills
  • Comfortable in a digital environment
