About The Job:
We're seeking a talented Employee Benefits Specialist to lead a new division within our successful financial planning firm. As a Chartered professional, you'll be responsible for driving growth in group pensions and employee benefits, and building on existing clients.

The Key Requirements of this role include:

  • Chartered status (or equivalent)
  • A proven track record in delivering group pensions and employee benefits solutions
  • Experience in process design, strategy, and client delivery
  • Ideally, an existing book of business or network of client relationships
  • The ambition and leadership skills to take a department from concept to success
