Employee Benefits Strategist

We're seeking an experienced, Chartered Employee Benefits Specialist to lead a new division within an established financial planning firm. This role involves building on existing clients and driving growth in group pensions and employee benefits.
The Role will involve taking ownership of the firm's employee benefits offering, with a focus on group pensions and key benefits such as private medical insurance. You'll design processes, implement strategies, and lay the groundwork for future growth. With full support from the firm, you'll have the scope to recruit and develop your own team as demand increases.
What We're Looking For
- Chartered status (or equivalent)
- A proven track record in delivering group pensions and employee benefits solutions
- Experience in process design, strategy, and client delivery
- Ideally, an existing book of business or network of client relationships
- The ambition and leadership skills to take a department from concept to success
