Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Senitor Associates Limited.

Salary: £45,000 per annum + 10% annual bonus scheme

Job Description:
  • Manage key accounts with B2B customers such as John Lewis, Sainsbury's, WHSmith, Waitrose and more.
  • Secure new business by identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities to open new FMCG and Key accounts across the UK.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan for the UK and set sales budgets alongside the Commercial Director.
  • Analyse data and market trends to build a robust sales strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to plan and execute B2B Marketing campaigns.
  • Provide accurate forecasting across Key Account channels.
Responsibilities:
  1. Hands-on National Account Management for B2B customers to win new listings and meet UK sales targets, KPIs and P&L responsibilities.
  2. Prioritise identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities to open new FMCG and Key accounts across the UK.
  3. Build a thorough understanding of forecasting and its relation to demand planning.
  4. Accountable for providing accurate forecasting across Key Account channels.
  5. Continuously seek out new opportunities to grow the business and expand market presence.
