About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Retirement Living Support Specialist to join our team at Riverside Group. As a key member of our housing management team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial Point of Contact: Provide a professional and supportive approach to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Housing Management: Assist in the day-to-day delivery of a comprehensive housing management service, including working with tenancy agreements and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide a seamless service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Customer-Focused Experience: Proven experience of working in a customer-facing environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
