We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive our People strategy and manage daily HR operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As Head of HR & People, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive People strategy that supports our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic People plan to drive business growth and success.
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring seamless execution across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Produce comprehensive board packs and present strategic insights to senior leaders.
- Lead HR aspects of acquisitions, including managing the TUPE process.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and senior leaders to enhance their HR skills.
- Foster strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislative requirements.
- Manage employee benefits and update company policies in line with legislative changes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Head of HR in a growing organisation.
- Background in private equity-backed businesses.
- Expertise in creating and delivering HR strategies that drive business results.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to daily HR tasks.
- CIPD qualification.
