Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Peninsula London is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the Lobby experience, working closely with a team of F&B Attendants and reporting to the Lobby Director.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure exceptional service standards in the Lobby, working closely with the Lobby Director to manage day-to-day operations.
- Train and develop a motivated team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the Lobby Director to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings, adhering to the hotel's standards.
- Support roster management to ensure colleagues can attend training, activities, and meetings.
- Proven experience in food and beverage, with a focus on luxury hotels.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage items, including wines.
- Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Flexibility and confidence to work under pressure.
