We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Recovery College Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for co-delivering educational courses and workshops that promote mental wellbeing and support individuals in their recovery journey.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Recovery College practice and ethos, as well as experience of working with vulnerable adults. You will be expected to work collaboratively with the Recovery College team to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our service users.

As a Recovery College Educator, you will play a key role in helping our service users achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering educational courses and workshops that promote mental wellbeing and support individuals in their recovery journey.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, carers and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Working collaboratively with the Recovery College team to develop and deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Providing feedback and evaluation of services to inform improvements and development.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata, as well as a range of benefits including access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme and annual leave entitlement. The successful candidate will be based in Medway and will be required to work a minimum of 7.5 hours per week.
