If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth, this could be your ideal role As a Assistant Director Inclusion, you will work closely with the Business Manager to support the Clarins business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Business Manager in planning team resources to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Focusing on creating innovative solutions to maximise business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate stock and sales levels, with a keen eye on competitive market trends.

Your Background:

  1. 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in beauty or retail.
  2. A proven track record of coaching and motivating teams.

Our Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
