The ideal candidate will possess experience in risk management, regulatory consulting, or related roles in the financial services industry. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and regulatory guidelines, are essential. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to senior management and regulators, are also required.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development, maintenance, and testing of the bank's Recovery and Resolution planning. They will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure the bank's strategies and processes are in line with regulatory requirements, helping the bank prepare for and respond to financial distress scenarios, ensuring business continuity and mitigating risks to financial stability.
